Pantria analyzes food and cosmetic ingredient lists and barcodes and returns a score from 0 to 100, personalized warnings (based on your declared diet, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy/child mode, and athlete goal), and recommendations for safer alternatives. The score is generated by transparent rule packs combined with public nutrition data.
Pantria provides information for educational and general health purposes only. Scores, recommendations, ingredient warnings, and Huawei Health entries are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional consultation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions related to allergies, pregnancy, chronic conditions, or any medical concern. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from reliance on the app's output.
Product names, brands, ingredient lists, and nutriments are sourced from Open Food Facts and Open Beauty Facts under the Open Database License. Product names, images, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Pantria does not warrant the accuracy of source data; you are responsible for double-checking the actual product label before consuming, applying, or purchasing.
You may paste your own ingredient list into Pantria (Cosmetic mode and OCR mode). You are responsible for ensuring the text you paste is accurate and that you have the right to process it. Output quality reflects input quality.
The free tier allows up to 10 product scans per day. Plus and Pro subscriptions unlock unlimited scans and additional features (offline database, Pregnancy/Child mode, recommendations, CSV export, priority support). Subscriptions are sold and billed by your app store (Huawei In-App Purchases), auto-renew per the rules of that store, and may be cancelled at any time through your store account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Refund requests are handled by your app store (Huawei) per their refund policy. Pantria cannot directly issue refunds.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → "Delete my account". Deletion is permanent and removes your profile, scans, entitlement, and any linked records.
Pantria is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or freedom from errors in source data or scoring.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pantria's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing.
If we change these terms materially, the in-app Settings → Terms of service link and this URL will be updated and dated. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
